• A dedicated space for vehicle registration payment on the website: www.cihnet.co.ma or via the CIH MOBILE app, if you are a client.

How?

To pay your taxes, simply follow these steps:

• Log in to CIH ONLINE, CIH MOBILE, or insert your card into the nearest CIH BANK ATM.
• Authenticate by entering your CIH ONLINE code or PIN.
• Select the available service for tax payment.
• Enter the notice reference.
• Enter the amount before the decimal point (e.g., if the amount is 20,000.00, simply enter 20,000). You can download your receipt online 48 hours after payment at: https://www.tgr.gov.ma/wps/portal/TelechargementQuittances

How?

After completing your "Bill Payment-Purchase*", choose the "Fatourati" payment service as the payment method and follow the steps below:

• Once redirected to your payment voucher, confirm acceptance of the service's terms and conditions, then click "Generate the Fatourati reference."
• Your "Payment Receipt" will be displayed, which contains your Fatourati Reference that you need to keep to proceed with the payment via CIH ONLINE or a CIH BANK ATM (the Fatourati Reference expires after 3 hours. After this time, the payment will be declined).

Next, log in to your CIH ONLINE account and follow the steps below:

• Select the "My Operations" category.
• Click on "Fatourati Payment."
• Enter the 13 digits that you have kept (your Fatourati reference).
• A summary table will be displayed containing the creditor's name, article reference, amount, and payment date. Select the account to debit and click "Pay."
• An OTP (one-time password) will be sent to you via SMS to secure the transaction.
• After entering your OTP, click "Validate."
• Your bill payment will be processed, and an electronic receipt that you can print will be displayed. You will also receive a confirmation email of the payment.

How does it work?

To recharge your mobile or internet line, simply follow these steps:

• Log in to CIH ONLINE, CIH MOBILE, or insert your card into a CIH BANK ATM.
• Authenticate by entering your CIH ONLINE code or PIN.
• Select the available service for Telecom top-ups.
• Choose the Telecom operator.
• Enter the necessary codes according to the Telecom operator.
• Enter the number of the line to recharge (mobile or internet).
• Enter the recharge amount.
• Confirm the number you want to recharge.
• Select the account to debit and click "Pay."

N.B.: After confirming the payment at the ATMs, you will receive a payment receipt. The transaction is not canceled in case the receipt is not available on the ATM.
