How does it work?

To transfer money via the new CIH Express service, simply log in to your CIH ONLINE customer account on the website: www.cihnet.co.ma or through the CIH MOBILE application, choose the CIH Express transfer service, and follow the steps. You can also send money from your card at CIH BANK ATMs.
The money is made available to your beneficiary at the CIH BANK ATM of their choice.
The transaction is secured by two codes sent via SMS:

• The first code is instantly sent to your registered mobile phone.
• The second code is sent to the beneficiary of the transfer.

To withdraw the amount from the ATM, your beneficiary must enter the code they received via SMS along with the code you previously provided.

Note:

• CIH Express transfers have a validity period of 2 days. After this date, the beneficiary cannot receive the transfer, and the transferred amount will be automatically refunded to your account.
• If you wish to cancel your transfer, visit the nearest CIH BANK branch and fill out a cancellation form. After this action, the transferred amount will be credited to your account the next day.
